Save An Angel, an organization dedicated to medical research for dogs and rescuing and rehoming shelter dogs, celebrated the launch of their regularly-scheduled low-cost spay/neuter clinic at the Bastrop County Animal Shelter's Mary E. Barina Center with a ribbon cutting on Thursday. After the ribbon cutting, there was a socially-distanced open house with guided tours of the surgery center by the Save An Angel medical team.
