BASTROP — The Bastrop High School varsity volleyball team enters its final week of the 2023 regular season as the Lady Bears started the previous week with a three-set sweep Oct. 17 at home against Elgin High School.Under head coach Morgan Rollins, the Lady Bears got the job done and picked up a 5A-District 23 victory over the Elgin Lady Wildcats in three sets, 2517, 26-24 and 25-14 to seal the deal.Bastrop had two players surpass individual milestones during the victory over Elgin last week.
