Kaitlyn Barrington got busy on the basepaths on Thursday, collecting four hits in the Lady Bears 9-4 victory over Hendrickson. The Lady Bears jumped ahead with two outs in the first inning on Barrington’s solo shot over right field. The Hawks would tie the game at 1-1 in their opening half of the inning but failed to take control. In the second, Bastrop grabbed two more runs via Kailee Sullivan and Abby Abraham, who came around after hitting back-to-back singles to open the inning.
