A local fugitive was moved last week onto Texas’ 10 most wanted criminal illegalimmigrants list alongside a cash reward for information.According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Octavio Cruz Hernandez, 32, has been wanted out of Bastrop County since April for sexual abuse of a child under 14 years of age.
