Holiday by the Tracks returns to historic downtown Elgin, Dec. 2, kicking off the holiday season with a few local traditions.The Elgin Main Street Board and Chamber of Commerce will host their Christmas Bazaar in Veterans’ Memorial Park, a holiday market, from 10 a.m. through 5 p.m. The Elgin Gospel Choir will be providing a backdrop of Christmas classics.Families can enjoy special arts and crafts booths at the Elgin Public Library before joining in on the Hot Cocoa Stroll.
