Pearls Before Swine is a juried art show held each year during Hogeye to promote the arts in Elgin, raise money for the Elgin Arts Association scholarship fund and to have a hogalicious good time. The art show was held at Kyle and Ashley Smith’s art gallery, The Clever Tiger, located on Main Street.
