LEANDER – The Elgin Wildcats (2-6-1) had a tough weekend on the road, losing two games at the Leander tournament.On Friday, March 10, Elgin played their first game against the Carroll Tigers (9-6-2) and dropped the game 4-1.Elgin scored their only run in the first inning, and only allowed two runs in the same inning.For the next four innings, the Wildcats held the Tigers scoreless.
