Recently, we have seen added a feature to the City of Elgin’s social media titled the “Rumor Mill.” This was added to address “some of the more well-known rumors that may be out in our community.”Neither I, nor the Mayor Pro-Tem, nor any of the City Council, were brought into the decision to implement this program.
