Ruth Ann Phillips, age 83, passed away peacefully on Sunday the 22 of December at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in College Station, TX.

Born in 1936, in Los Angeles, CA to Annis and Alva Gunn, Ruth grew up in California and married Kenny Cook, who was active in the U.S. Airforce.  She became a young widow in 1961 and moved shortly thereafter to Texas with her 3 young children.
