LaVonte Craig Benford, 19, of Manor, passed away suddenly, Sunday, November 28, 2021. Family and Friends gathered for a Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home, Friday, December 3rd from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Home Going Celebration was conducted at Providence District Tabernacle, Saturday, December 4th at 12:00 PM with Reverend Chris Simmons presiding. Interment followed at Shiloh Cemetery of Bastrop. Arrangements and care entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
