John Ricardo Reyes

John Ricardo Reyes passed away October 26, 2021 with his loving family by his side.  He was born to Pedro and Anastacia Reyes April 3, 1947.  After high school he joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served for seven years, which included two tours in Vietnam.

He was preceded in death by his wife Margie; his daughter, Angela; his sister, Josie; and both parents.

John is survived by his daughter, Denise (Magdaleno); his sons, John, Jr. (Pamela) and Rick (Emily); and his brother, Pete (Brigid).  Also left behind are five beautiful grandchildren, Danial, Aniah, Jianna, Dezani and Rick, Jr.  There are also two great grandsons, Isaiah and Ryland; and a great granddaughter (to be born soon) Remi; his nephews, Oscar, Roland, Jamie, Pete, Paul Quinton, Ryan and Delane; and nieces, Barbara, Theresa, Elisa and Emily.

A viewing will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas. A second viewing will be held on Sunday, November 7, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please make a memorial contribution in John's name to a Veterans association of your choosing.
