Dorris Lee Baker, 73, passed away Tuesday afternoon, March 26, 2024.
He will lie in state from 1 to 5 p.m Friday, April 5 at Elgin Funeral. A home-going celebration will be conducted Saturday, April 6, at 11 a.m.
Interment will follow at Cook-Walden Capital Parks.
