Danny Ray Dagenhart

Danny Ray Dagenhart age 63 of Elgin, TX passed away in his sleep on April 25, 2019. Dan was born on July 15, 1955 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Paul W. Dagenhart and Vivian Marks.

Dan retired from the City of Austin and was a veteran. He joined the army at an early age where he would meet the love of his life Alice Vega in El Paso, TX. Dan and Alice were married for 44 years and had 5 children, Danny Dagenhart Jr, Terry (Carmen) Dagenhart, Jennifer (Adam) Kipple, Benjamin (Ana) Dagenhart, Stephanie (Scott) Brightwell, 18 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Dan also has 2 sisters and 1 brother, Patricia Mendenhall, Paula Dagenhart and Marshall Dagenhart whom he loved very much.

Dan enjoyed being with his family and barbecuing, and was looking forward to spending his days fishing. He had a gentle spirit and will be extremely missed by all of his loved ones.
