Bill Kelly, born September 1, 1956 was taken from his loving family on July 14, 2020.  He is survived by his best friend of 37 years and wife of 35, Laurinda Kelly; daughter Stacy Niquette and her husband, Robert; daughter April Morris and her husband, Korey; son Robert Musto and his wife, Nacole; son Tyler Kelly and his wife, Karley; as well as eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by his mother, Sue Kelly, three sisters, one brother, multiple in-laws, and he was dearly loved by all. Bill was proceeded in death by his father, William Kelly Sr.
