A car accident claimed the lives of two drivers travelling on State Highway 95, about a mile south of Elgin, last Wednesday evening. At around 6:22 p.m., two vehicles—a 2015 GMC Terrain and a 2006 Chevy Malibu—were involved in a head-on collision, according to the preliminary report from the Texas Department of Public Safety.
