A restaurant chain that began in Elgin and has expanded throughout the Austin area is planning to build a larger commercial and entertainment facility in its hometown.Elgin-based Aviator Pizza & Drafthouse plans to build a facility on five acres on Roy Rivers Road at an estimated cost of $10 million. The development will include three separate buildings totalling 54,000 square feet, to be leased out for retail and restaurant uses, and a 40,000-square-foot patio for entertainment purposes.
