Vaccine hub provider encourages getting free, easy shots

The pandemic last year took us by a storm. It did leave many of us hopeless, but this year, it seems there is hope now that there are vaccines available to take. There are probably many people looking to get vaccinated and looking for a place to go without having to fill out a lot of paper work and answer many dreadful questionnaires.
“Thanks to Desmar Walkes, M.D., the founder of A+ Lifestyle Medical Group, has opened up her location to be the COVID-19 vaccine distribution hub," said Jackie May, RPH a volunteer vaccinator at A+ Lifestyle Mecial Group. "Dr. Walkes has been the local Medical Authority for Bastrop County for several years and she has been the point person for Bastrop County’s COVID-19 response. Dr. Walkes. has resigned from her post from Bastrop area and is working in Travis County to be the Medical Authority for the City of Austin.”
At A+Lifestyle Medical Group, there are wonderful, caring volunteers and personnel who have come together to help provide the COVID-19 vaccine at this location.
“Our goal is to help as many people to get vaccinated for free without the long paperwork," said contracted personnel Jan Kuchel. "There is no need to make an appointment; it’s all walk-ins. There is no need for a driver’s license or identification card. One does not need to have a social security number, and all undocumented persons are welcome to come and get vaccinated. We want everyone to be healthy and be safe around others and we want to save as many lives as we can.”
The two vaccines they are offering are Pfizer and Moderna, and they are for ages 12 years old and older. The vaccine will be administered by two wonderful volunteers RN Jane Howell and DPM Carla Emery-Culberson, who will greet you with a smile and with care.
