One-on-one lessons, ensemble performances and various summer camps will now be a part of the community thanks to the Elgin Music School. ​The Elgin Chamber of Commerce celebrated the inauguration of this non-profit on Thursday, Feb. 9, with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
