Come on cool weather, come on “soup season,” and come on to Elgin’s Empty Bowl Project! Mark your calendar now for Saturday, November 16—between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.—and come prepared to sample a large selection of soups, stews and chilies prepared by some of this community’s best chefs.
