Creative cardboard boats set sail at Morris Pool

Boat-builders of all ages brought their cardboard creations to Morris Memorial Pool to race against each other in the Elgin Parks & Recreation Department's second Cardboard Boat Race. Competitors built their own boats made out of cardboard, following some specific guidelines, and with one rower per boat driving them across the pool.
