The Bastrop community gathered on Saturday, July 24 at 7 p.m. to honor Yolanda “Yoli” Vidal DeLeon with a balloon release. DeLeon was the owner of the popular Yoli’s Tacos and More food truck and catering service, located on Chestnut Street in Bastrop. DeLeon passed earlier in the week from complications due to COVID-19. Yoli’s family and friends are saddened by her passing but vow to keep the restaurant open in her memory.  Visitation and a prayer service will be held on Friday, July 30 from 4 to 8:30 p.m. at Providence Funeral Home in Bastrop.
